Terrible customer service. Barely was able to get my question out before a curt, one word answer and I was hung up on.
I called to make arrangements before any litigation, and they were unwilling to help. With the COVID19 issues many people are without employment and living on a limited income. They are using this time not only to inflate charges but knowing the people cannot make the payments that they will ONLY ACCEPT in order to pursue litigation and affect people's credit and add additional charges. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Mine was a $2400 Medical bill that I obtained by going the the ER after having a mild heart attack. It's for the amount my insurance won't cover and YES, it is now my responsibility to pay it. But during a pandemic when I already lost my job, lost my home, and I'm dealing with health issues? I know you have a job to do but please explain how you expect me to come up with $2400 right now? If I would of looked up this agency before I paid I would of gave them nothing. They said I had a charge of 1125 but today they are giving a deal for me to pay 750 which I paid. The lady was unprofessional and unwilling to answer all my questions. She was mad I was asking these questions but at the end of the day who wouldn't? This company is blatantly violating the Colorado Moratorium on collecting debt and garnishing people account with out notify them. I recommend you file a complaint with the state of Colorado.. It is illegal for them to garnish with out written record if you have been affected by Covid. I would ask that anyone affected by this, Contact an Attorney
