I live in Pittsburgh and had a long distance virtual assessment with Dr. Moulder. She made dietary recommendations based on my hair analysis and health history. I've been following her recommendations and have lost 20lbs in two months. I'm more motivated than I've ever been before and l feel amazing! Dr. Moulder is knowledgeable and her guidance has allowed me to see real results. I can't thank you enough! ❤️

This place is awesome! I’m so glad I came in here. Dr Holly is so informed and helped me understand a lot about my body I didn’t know. Not to mention how great the therapies helped, I’ve learned a ton. Thank you ladies for all you do to help us learn how to care for our bodies well. I highly recommend them!

I went in for the Mindful Worship session. The session consists of laying on a table with warm stones and donning noise canceling headphones that play soothing music. As this was my first time, I didn’t know what to expect. Heather was very informative and reassuring. My session was so relaxing that I was able to put any worries aside and concentrate on my relationship with my Lord. After the session I noticed that my back and hip pain was greatly reduced.
