We opened in 1997 and, ever since, it has been our number one priority to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. Talked to Kevin, the owner, about my issue. He identified it immediately and said he would order the part and let me know when he had it in his hand. Called yesterday and we scheduled his representative this morning around 9:00. Service man, James, came out and was extremely polite and did an excellent job and was so courteous. Left a mess, Tracked in dirt from outside. Also did not clean up under sink (debris and water) Pricing was over the top for labor and disposal. 5-6 times the cost of the disposal. I have learned my lesson to try to do it myself. I would not recommend this company. Job was done....but very disappointed with price and lack of cleaning up after installation.
Excellent customer service and communication. Much appreciated and highly recommend!!!
