The rental was nice in general, but with some issues. The boat was delivered on time, the folks were nice. Good communications over phone, in person, and over text messages. No problems with payments. And they immediately refunded the charge for the missed item quickly. So we had our trip as planned and enjoyed the lake. However, there boat maintenance and accuracy of service are not ideal. Thank goodness for Edmond! He and his father were perfect for our last minute boat needs. We rented two 24’ pontoon boats on a busy summer Sunday and they had both boats ready to go for us. Very friendly and responsive - excellent customer service! The boats aren’t fancy but that didn’t bother us and the price is right. Couldn’t have been easier!
