They don't really listen to patients health concerns. The receptionist is very often rude. You will be waiting over an hour past your appointment time to be seen EVERY TIME so make sure you have at least 2 hrs to waist.
I like the doctors office and the people there, but you can never get through on the phone. The phone lines are always down. And now the portal isn’t working either. Makes it very difficult to order refills and schedule appointment's. Been a patient there for several years now, and the phones are down more than they have ever worked. You call, it rings, then it sounds like you hung up on.
Dr. Edmands is the best personal doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of him being my doctor. He listens and treats all of you. He is not in the habit of referrals.
Very knowledgeable, caring doctor and a genuinely good person.
