Nice looking venue, but a nightmare to deal with. I was the DJ for a friend's wedding here, and if you want a good dance then don't even consider renting this place. They have multiple sound meters set up to make sure the music isn't too loud... but "too loud" is anything over 85db. People clapping are over 85db. You like having bass? Well, too bad. Fred and Kelly are the Best hosts at my all-time favorite venue. They work so hard to make the venue perfect for each of their clients. The barn , cottage , and the grounds are in perfect condition at all times. If you are planning an event, you should definitely check out Edlynn Farm as your venue.
Beautiful venue and beautiful views all around, well taken care of property. BUT if you’re getting married in the summer when it’s hot outside, RUN. Our friends just recently got married here, it was 96° outside and probably over 100 inside! There was NO AC inside, just a couple of fans running. All of the guests were soo hot and sweaty!
