This Edlund jar opener was in frequent use while I was growing up in the 1960s. It was one of the very few things I took from my mom's kitchen drawer when she passed. Now that I am older and have arthritis in both hands, it is again used almost daily. I have no idea how old it is, but was surprised to find it was made right here in Burlington, VT! It still works as well as 60+ years ago. Must be a great company. I think I'll stop by sometime to say hello.
Horrible interaction with Lisa la Rock. Extremely rude and professional. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop with this company and support a professional company who actually care about their customers.
Nice service nice people
There is a woman who works at this company (Caitlin?) who is profoundly rude. She ordered instacart which is a door delivery service. The instructions were to deliver to the truck loading dock - well instacart drivers are not truck drivers. We instead went to the side door and rang the buzzer as instructed. She proceeded to stand inside texting on her phone not answering the door.
