Do not use this company. I purchased a chair from them June 23rd. Their delivery company schedule a day to deliver the chair but with only a few optional times so I selected a morning time and took the day off of work. About 10 minutes before the scheduled delivery they called and told me they had to cancel the delivery. When I called and spoke with someone with the delivery team they gave me only two other times where they could attempt to deliver the chair again. BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not purchase from this company. I ordered almost 1500.00 in items that were guaranteed delivery by 4/4/21 that I have yet to receive! My item was apparently delayed to which I received no communication. Once my order was "shipped" I received someone else's tracking information and ORDER! Edloe Finch did not help me find my item; I had to coordinate with the other customer and shipping company to determine how/why the items were misplaced. The furniture is decent. Getting it, on the other hand, feels nearly impossible. I've been waiting on dining chairs since November (it's April) and I just received a third email that they are again delayed until May. Customer service is less than helpful, and there is zero accountability on the company's end, or effort to make it right. I'd cancel the order if I didn't already assemble the dining table with arrived in December. Do not order from this company.

I received a couch that was missing holes to attach the legs. After hours back and forth with customer service, they assured me I just needed Allen key bit to screw them in. This cracked the wood on the arm rests and led to the entire base cracking! Now I have a useless broken couch and I am getting the run around with their team! DO NOT PURCHASE this furniture unless you are prepared for the chance at a broken product and terrible customer service!!!

!! CONSUMER WARNING !! This company sells inferior products made in China. Their "customer service" team is located in the philistines and they are utterly useless. We made the mistake of ordering one of their sofa sectionals. It arrived badly damaged and after more than a month of constant calls and emails we are still getting the run-around. Don't be fooled by their promises of hassle free returns and ease of doing business. This business is absolutely one of the worst we've encountered.
