At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The brisket was the shiznit very good food highly recommended
The best cornbread I have EVER had in my life….! I could just keep eating it. Let’s just say today was a great day for my husband to have a gluten intolerance. Great atmosphere with live music, I bet it’s a great vibe too once the weather gets warmer and they open the garage doors! Everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond - the food was incredible! We will be back!
