At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. We loved the BBQ here. We had the brisket (perfectly cooked), ribs and the pulled pork. The meats weren't warm is our only gripe. The baked beans are very good. I didn't care for the coleslaw as the vinegar was overpowering. The cornbread made up for it though. It was a huge portion of food.
Stellar service. Staff is always very kind. I’ve never had an issue. Great selection and they rarely run out. I always look forward to Edley’s

Buonissimo lo smashburger ed anche le patatine fritte così come la Nashville salad, non buonissimo il Mac and cheese Ed un po difficile ordinare visto che il banco per prendere ordini è nascosto e nessuno ti spiega come fare.
