Last year’s show was a well-organized and enjoyable. The staff at desk was courteous, professional, and efficient, creating a positive impression. Unfortunately, this year’s experience was markedly different. The desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in their interactions. Basic customer service standards were not met. Unclear ordering guideline led to an extremely excessive up-charge for a single 110v outlet at a trade show. Probably charged the booth behind me the same as we shared the outlet. Bring your own source of power if they are your trade show provider.
Great company w/ stellar event managers and awesome electricians.
This company is amazing, they are quality from top to bottom, every employee I have worked with has been amazing, very professional.
