Edko still worth working for. Although we lost most all of our work to Asplundh for this area. Most everyone I have talked to who has quit, or was thinking about quitting, cited management as the primary reason. This is consistent with the studies conducted in utility arboriculture. Employees don’t leave bad jobs they leave bad management. It’s the number one reason for employee turn over. Forward thinking companies are taking measures to address this issue.
