This head spa experience exceeded all my expectations. The environment was beautifully set up. Its quiet, clean, and very calming. The entire process felt luxurious, from the scalp analysis to the deep cleansing and massage. The deel cleansing itself was the highlight for me, it was the perfect balance of relaxing and invigorating. Horrible Experiece!!! If I could give her 0 stars I would! We booked Edith for a 15. She was supposed to go to our home at 7am to do our makeup and we needed to be ready by 11am. She didn’t show up and when we called her she wanted us to drive to her salon when the contract clearly stated that she would drive to our location. Edith never showed up, instead she sent 2 other workers to do our makeup. They arrived at 10am an hr before we agreed to be ready!
