Dr. Bielitz is wonderful, she is sweet and has great bed side manners but that office staff, they are horrible. I made my appointment a few weeks away and they said they would call with a reminder, never did, had labs done and was told they would call when they came in, it took over two weeks to hear anything, even when I called. The doctor told me it would be around 4-7 days but when I called the girl I spoke with was horrible, her phone etiquette and knowledge was the worst. This woman is such an unprofessional that it isn't even funny I paid her for 4 visits up front total of almost $800 cash and she refuses to help me with anything. Thanks her fist on the file cabinets and the desk when she's talking to you like you're a kindergartener I am a 40 year old woman and nobody that pays any doctor any amount of money upfront deserves the kind of treatment that this lady gives you. I was researching best doctors to go to for cancer checks of polycystic ovarian and hormone imbalance. I'm new to the area so after seeing some reviews I called Dr. Bielitz's office. My wife went to see dr. Bielitz and we made sure to call and check a day ahead to see if there were any co-pay. They told her that there were no co-pay at all. Weeks later there were a bill for a co-pay which my insurance already paid $265 for the visit and now I was billed for a co-pay. I called the office and spoke to dr. bielitz and ask for explanation she told me that was my co-pay I told her that the office told me and called my insurance company to make sure there were no co-pay. (Rebekah Jordan) I think Dr. Bielitz is great! She has helped me in so many ways with balancing my hormones. She always spends as much time with me as I need. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Gyn or hormone replacement.
