Asked her to mediate a divorce. took my money. Said she would talk to me then husband and work out an agreement. She sent a letter to husband saying she represented me. Then sent an letter to me saying all the money was used up and she did not wish to represent us anymore. Some great mediator...do not hire her.
Edith Richman, is very unconcern with your case and just goes with what the other attorney recommends. I had to approach Ms. Richman and explain to her that according to the statues of child support this can not be done. No a good attorney.
