Dr. Chang truly listens and is very patient with me. Her calmness radiates, which I appreciate. She provides excellent care and is incredibly knowledgeable. Working within the complexities and constraints of a large health care system is challenging for all, but she handles it with total grace, care, efficacy, and efficiency.
Have only seen this doctor one time but have been a patient with OSU family for almost 20 years. The system is no longer set up to accommodate urgent needs, you typically have to go to their urgent locations for acute illness as it’s impossible to get in with the PCP for anything but an annual, and that is booked in well advance.
