I cannot for the life of me understand how this provider earned any positive reviews. Never in my 5 plus decades of life have I left an appointment in tears as a result of treatment by a provider until today. While she seemed normal and nice initially, she quickly began reprimanding me non stop during the grueling 2 plus hours I had to spend in her company. Her calm and patient nature put my uncertainty aside and I was able to begin my VNG testing with a positive outlook.
