I understand the importance of paying bills on time, unfortunately my father had been diagnosed with dementia. He has been having a hard time remembering the simplest of things. That being said, we are not bad people, I believe in paying my bills. I hope the attitude would stop, but I understand if not! More a/c guys out there!
Fast & friendly service for sure.!!! I've had all kinds of issues with the warranty company and their vendors/technicians. I got the opportunity and authorization to select a vendor/technician of my choice, and I went with Edisto Heating and Air. I called the office on a Tuesday and on that following Friday, the technician was there. He quickly examined the furnace, diagnosed the problem and told me he could repair my unit that same day. Fast and friendly service. The staff and my technicians. My 3 ton York unit went out. Called on Thursday, had a new Tempstar unit installed on Tuesday. Edisto Heating is the best. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
Realized my salon ac went down at 1pm and they were here getting me cooled back down by 3:15! Great family run business.
