Zero people to answer the phones. I want to know why everyone around us has restored power, and yet my road don't have power? This is unacceptable as well as unprofessional.

You can't make a payment online or through the phone on their automated system... Can't even login into our own account due to a heavy maintenance...

My son's power was cut off because he was $150 short on a $455 past due bill. We had to pay a $520 deposit & $80 in fees to keep the lights on. We have been with this company for 25 years, which already had a deposit of $300, and they charged us that kind of money!!! This was ridiculous of them!!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE ONLY POWER COMPANY IN ST. GEORGE!!! WARNING They have no MERCY on people struggling to keep their lights on! Make sure you don't get cut off, or it's double trouble!
