I actually had the owner (Eli) over to quote some bathroom renovations, when he sensed something in the air quality, and we ended up locating a leak in our air handler that had created a large patch of black mold inside the closet, above the air handler! I was very happy that the workers came on time and worked until the work was complete. They moved all the furniture to do the work and then put it all back when they were done. They did a great job painting too. The owner was very good at getting back to me to answer any questions I had. I feel very good to recommend this company.

The Ediss Mold Remediation rep arrived within an hour to evaluate the extent of the damage and determine the mitigation plan. We agreed they would return the next morning to begin the drying process.
