I have had the pleasure of getting winter memberships here the last two winters. Definitely my favorite gym in town! Not that I've experienced many here haha. If you have a regular membership you get a key fob that let's you in. So it is 24/7/365 and I think the only gym we have you can workout in whenever. Which is great! Until recently I flew for a living and had, uh, an odd schedule we will say. So coming in at midnight was no problem at all. I like working out at this fitness center... The equipment is top notch... The people who work there are nice... The people that work out there are pretty nice people as well... I wasn't too sure about cybex machine since I've never really used them but since I have used them I do really like them... All in all this has been a good investment for me it's not a huge place which is a plus for me... It's not noisy and too bright... They have just the right amount of free weights and machines to do just what you want to do

It is a great place to work out. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and keep the gym very clean.
