They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts.
