Definitely one of the scariest visits ever, Doctor does not turn on camera. So quick to give a script for the flu but not a doctors note for me to miss work so I can heal from said flu. Very sketchy—Doctor did not even introduce himself or go over my symptoms in detail. Beware!!!! Never again!!!
I came to Edison Urgent Care and was seen by Dr. Bhatia last summer. He was thorough, kind, and very responsive. I was very impressed with the high level of care I received. I decided to make Dr. Bhatia my PCP. He and his staff are amazing and are on-call 7 days/wk. The office provides complete care including x-rays and lab work. Dr. Bhatia went above and beyond by giving needed referrals and also conferencing with the other doctors and JFK Hackensack Hospital. He also personally called me to discuss all results. The doctor is great, there’s nothing wrong with his care for his patients- my issue comes with the lack of transparency in billing patients. I got a simple Covid test done and got a result from some lab called HealthRX with a bill for a whooping $390. For a COVID TEST… and it’s basically impossible to dispute because their Billing customer service line is only accessible by phone, rather scatterbrained and disorganized, and give the wrong information all of the time.
