I have been to Edison Saw Shop for lawnmower parts and also to have my weed eater repaired. The have always been able to get the parts I needed. They have been nice and friendly to me. They repaired my weed eater correctly and its still working good. They were honest by giving me money saving advice on my repairs.
Horrible Customer Service – No Stars What so Ever! I was told to bring in my tiller anytime for a free estimate. Well it took them a month to get me the estimate which was more than to buy a brand new top of the line tiller, and then they charged me when I said I didn't want the work done. Anytime I called to check on the status of my estimate, they would say they would call me and not to call them anymore.
