Worst customer service I have ever had the dissatisfaction of dealing with. The main office will not answer and will not return your calls, and billing is incompetent and poorly trained. I was fraudulently billed for an ultrasound after insurance had already sent a payment. When trying to request a refund I had to call four times - once for over a hour with the assistance of a representative from my insurance company. Now waiting six weeks to see if billing actually processes my refund properly or if I have to spend hours on... read more
Sent to collections before verifying the bill was paid in full, all it took was a call to verify, money hungry.
They have horrible customer service and billing, you will NEVER be able to get someone to contact you. They do not care as a company about their patients. I would give 0 stars if possible
This facility is terrible and billing department dont know what they are doing. They dont submit billing properly to insurance company, they are not confident about their job. I hope they improve.
