If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I parked my car here on 6/30. Whoever was in charge asked for my car I gave it to them for payment. Now I have been scammed over $1000 in my credit card. I hope you enjoyed your pizza from Papa John’s along with your new IKEA furniture.

Left my car friday night. Before going in I ask if there is any slot available the person said yes. Never informed me I have to be back before 11 pm he only ask if im staying for hours, I said yes maximum 3 hours. On my way back to pick up my car he welcomed me with attitude and super annoyed and yelling because I got there at 11:30. Not an appropriate customer service. Since Laz took over management at Edison parkfast Secaucas i can't seem to get a human being on the line. When you call, the mailbox is full. Why is it not clear how your monthly members can cancel their membership? Your website doesn't have the option to cancel. Your phone number goes to voicemail. Nobody responds to emails. This is a scam!

Friendly staff! I was new to NY and was really nervous and shocked by how different the environment is from California. The friendliness of the staffs really made me feel safe and welcomed. The car is always there ready for pick up when I arrive.
