I went to the garage on 507 W.21 Street last night. When I arrived, I was greeted by 2 very friendly and the most accommodating attendants I have ever met. Jesus Prieto and Guyto Jean Pierre are the very best and wonderful people to meet and having them being my parking attendant, was such a great experience.
Attendant Jean Pierre Guyti is super nice. Highly recommended.
This place is a scam. Despite the fact the website says a charge and the charges written on the board. The parking lot guys asks for $50. Very misleading and inappropriate information. Be sure to not be here if you don’t want to be duped
Terrible experience. I requested the car through the app, but when I arrived, it was still parked. To make matters worse, the valet slammed the door hard against the ramp while trying to get in. He looked at me and said nothing — not even an apology. Given the price, which was much higher than other weekend options, my recommendation is: avoid it. There are alternatives in the area offering the same service for at least half the price.
