been coming here for years and I would only park here in Manhattan. Guy zephirin is the man. When dropping my car off, before I put my car in park, guy is already by my window. When I’m here to collect it, before I blink, guy has my car waiting for me. He’s the man!
Baoz, Dwayne and Guy are an excellent team. Great customer service!!! New Management is outstanding!! Makes me feel like I’m part of the family!
Rates are high when you don’t book ahead compared to other places. The attendant moved the seats, mirrors, and changed settings in the car unnecessarily, I won’t use them again, despite the convenient location. I’m still wondering what else they did to my car. Why was the passenger seat moved? I’ll never know.
Best parking lot in the area. Friendliest staff and prompt attention
