Don’t leave your car here unless you’re okay with them lowering another car ONTOP OF YOUR CAR. They literally smashed a car on top of mine with the car elevator and then hardly apologized or provided a refund. Your car is not safe here.
I hadn't even been parked for more than an hour, yet they charged me $49.21. I believe this is incorrect and does not align with their posted rates; they clearly listed the price as $21.93.
Terrible workers who stole our money. I paid for parking through an app, my husband dealt with the attendants while I stayed with our infant in the car. They charged him for parking again then refused to refund us when he realized I already paid.
I just had a horrible experience at your LAZ - 92 Livingston street location in Brooklyn. I paid $25 for parking from 2pm - 5pm. When I arrived to scan my ticket, the machine was out of order and no attendant was at the desk to assist me. when an attendant came, my ticket scanned at 5:14. Just a few minutes after 5, no grace period? I was charged an additional $25 for a few minutes!!
