Parked here while we were in NY for the Christmas lights. Very close to the village and walkable to the Rockefeller and the station. When we went it was very backed up and we had to wait for 25 min before we finally got the ticket to leave the car. We got the car back after our visit which was fine but we realized instruction are in the ticket to request the car as there is no one who comes to help you unless you select it online.. overall experience was good.

Disaster parking here at this operation. When I came in, it was packed and there was this valet driver in the basement with a heavy Jamaican accent barely could understand him. He said leave the ticket in the car. Turns out that when I went to pickup the car, I needed that ticket. It was an absolute disaster. Had to fill out a bunch of forms and wait 30 min just to to get the car because some moron said leave the ticket in the car.
