BEWARE. I would advise not to go there. I was forced to pay 40$ by the manager for staying 20 minutes (event rate, which was indicated only once *inside* the parking).

I found it odd that the parking lot didn’t accept the SpotHero QR code right at the entrance. You have to take a paper ticket, park your vehicle, and then use a separate machine in the lobby to validate the paper ticket together with the SpotHero QR code in order to complete the payment. It’s a bit of a confusing process — they should have provided this information in advance. Overall, the staff was polite, and the price was reasonable thanks to SpotHero. I had a meeting on Monday morning at 80 Park Plaza - right across the street from Edison ParkFast. It couldn't have been more convenient and the bonus was the great service by the parking attendant working that day. He let us know which side we needed to exit the garage from and greeted us upon our return. I'd definitely park here again if I had to be back in this area for a meeting, concert, etc.
