This doctor does not value your time. I spent over 1 1/2 hours on a production line in a cramped space only to experience the least thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Even worse, there is an extra charge for being a new patient and a prescription for new eyeglasses ($75). Will never return.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Unless you have few hours to kill to wait for your appointment and get rudely treated by staff members and especially surgical coordinator.
I called to confirm my appointment because I haven't gotten a text confirmation. The staff member responded in a rude and and annoyed manner, then hung up on me when I said something about it.
I had such a great experience at this office. They were kind enough to see my son as a walk-in at the end of the day, which I truly appreciated. The doctor was incredibly patient and took the time to carefully examine his eyes, making sure he was comfortable throughout the process. The doctor’s assistant was just as wonderful—she stayed late to ensure his prescription was sent to the correct pharmacy and that we had everything we needed before leaving.
