I have been Dr. John Park's patient for so long a time. Dr. Park and his staff have always been attentive, and accommodating. They always take time to clearly explain everything without making me feel rushed. I always feel heard and well cared for at every visit. Dr. Park is a highly competent doctor. Had a terrible experience at this office. I did not feel the medical team was competent in their jobs and will be going to another office for a second opinion. There was a tall skinny Indian female nurse this was very rude, very unprofessional, and needs an attitude check. She was berating and yelling the entirety of her being in the room and did not speak with any compassion. I was a patient of Dr. Park for a few years, then didn't need any updates etc, when I called to make an appointment since I am experiencing a problem, I was told I need to be treated as a new patient and had to wait for an appointment. My appointment was suppose to be yesterday and I received a text to expect 2-3 hours wait.
