I moved into the Edison on the Charles this past April. It has been a great experience thus far. My 1-bedroom unit is very spacious and all the appliances and fixtures are in like new condition. Being steps away from the Charles River Pathway has been nice for a walk or a run after work. The building is a five-minute walk to the commuter rail station which makes getting into Boston a breeze. I absolutely love living at The Edison. The layout of my apartment is perfect—two spacious bedrooms, each with large closets and tons of extra storage throughout. The finishes are top-notch, with high-end appliances, a gas stove (which I prefer for cooking), and a large soaking tub surrounded by beautiful tile and fixtures. The heating and cooling system is extremely efficient—my utility bills are much lower than in my previous place. We seriously don’t know what we would do without Cory and Mike. Not only do they always have an answer for us and any problems that arise, they’re fun to talk to and great to be around! We always know that they’ll be able to help us even when everyone else needs their help too - would give 10 stars if we could! The ladies in the office are also so kind and supportive and do what they can to help make life easier. No building is perfect, but the kind people here make the property!
