I moved into the Edison on the Charles this past April. It has been a great experience thus far. My 1-bedroom unit is very spacious and all the appliances and fixtures are in like new condition. Being steps away from the Charles River Pathway has been nice for a walk or a run after work. The building is a five-minute walk to the commuter rail station which makes getting into Boston a breeze. I absolutely love living at The Edison. The layout of my apartment is perfect—two spacious bedrooms, each with large closets and tons of extra storage throughout. The finishes are top-notch, with high-end appliances, a gas stove (which I prefer for cooking), and a large soaking tub surrounded by beautiful tile and fixtures. The heating and cooling system is extremely efficient—my utility bills are much lower than in my previous place.
