I had a very unpleasant experience at this dealer. They make many open promises that they cannot keep, like timelines and phone calls. I was promised a call from the director and now I have to pull more teeth just to get him on the phone. They had my car for a month, I picked it up, looked like they ate lunch in it and then gaslighting me saying it was the tow driver. The techs are never available and do not return calls when leaving voicemails. I was told I would get my car in a certain amount of time and that timeline changed twice. I was promised a phone call on a certain day and I had to call them multiple times throughout that day just to get an update from the tech when I was promised to receive a call from the manager. Had a great experience with my recent service for my pro4x pickup. The waiting area is clean and Franko was great at addressing my concern regarding an ABS light issue. Will definitely use this service center for all my nissan & infiniti needs going forward.
