I brought my car to Edison Nissan for service that included a tire rotation. Because this had been an issue before, I marked my tires with chalk before bringing the car in. After waiting about four hours, I got the car back and immediately saw that the tires had not been rotated. This is now the second time this has happened. The last time, I was told the mechanic supposedly took the tires off but accidentally put them back in the same exact positions. went too edison nissan too purchase a vehicle walked in with my wife,& first impression i see at there service department wash a service writer "demitris" in front of all the customers just eating away instead of walking too there lunch room or just walking away hes just didn't care & sat there doing nothing,i told one of the sales guys that was not a very professional customer service of him & sales gentleman told him "demitris" just shrugged his shoulders did care & kept eating in front of all the customers very unprofessi... read more
