Very good doctors
I had a bad experience with Chandell, a front desk staffer the other day. I posted complaint, and within 24hrs, Gina, contacted me, assured me that employee would be reprimanded promptly, and not lose her job. Gina said it was in direct response to the appalling behavior, and subsequent review. I promised Gina I would reflect her great work immediately to show everyone who may have to deal with Dr. Lombardi that they are deadly serious about customer service.
