Called requesting an orthopedic appointment for an acute injury was told two appointments were available today. I let them know I was available for either and I disclosed medical history that is useful to have but irrelevant to the injury. They then let me know advised that I should be seen by pain management. Hello, I was referred to this office and have no issues with Dr. Romil Shah personally. However, my experience with the office staff was very disappointing and unprofessional. Different staff members provided conflicting information regarding MRI authorization, and there was poor communication throughout the process. I was initially told the authorization had already been sent to the radiology office, but later found out it had not. The young indian doctor here is so arrogrant and egotistical. This is why I dont like seeing doctors anymore. Noone cares about their job. If you’re burnt out, please leave. The X ray tech is also so stoic. Dont want to come back here again!

This practice stopped taking my medical insurance and didn’t bother to tell me resulting in a much higher then usual co-pay. They feel that’s my tough luck. If it happened to me, it could happen to you. good luck with them.
