Dr Chen and his staff were most professional and helpful. Took time to review and discuss my medical issues
This is the worse orthopedic practice ever and I had the worse experience!!!!!!! I sprained my foot badly and during my initial visit - Dr. Patel who apparently is also the owner stated to F/U with him in two weeks to assess if I need a MRI and further treatment. I also work in health care, and I’m a single mom. I work 8-5pm. I rushed out of work a little early, got my kid from summer camp and made it on time for appt. At 4:30pm. Called the service line and told the person I was in pain and could not sleep all night. The person chuckled at this line as if it was funny….
Very clean place...the wait was short and the Doctor explained everything very clear and efficiently (we had an appointment with Dr. Todd Ryan).....I loved the staff as well. Everyone seems friendly and super well mannered...very polite staff. Overall it was a very good experience.
