I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk. I called with a simple question about the expected payment for my appointment. I understand that they may not be able to verify the exact amount due to insurance, but the staff member was extremely rushed and impatient while speaking with me. Before I could even finish asking my questions or understand what I needed to do next, the staff member simply hung up the phone. I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful. Dr. Chen did a successful job with removing the Ganglion Cyst that I had in my left wrist so I wanna take time to thank him very much for the surgery and making my wrist look normal again
