Extremely incompetent management. They will extort you for money so you can receive your mail. The appliances are all old and used. There are dents on the fridge/refrigerator. Dishwasher doesn't really clean. Washer/dryer is extremely noisy. You have to pay for parking but you don't have an assigned parking spot. We lived at Edison Lofts for over four years and truly loved our time there. The building is modern and well maintained, and the apartments are spacious, and quiet. The location is a huge plus—close to Montclair, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and entertainment. The neighborhood keeps getting better, too, with new local spots opening nearby like Cafecito and Orange Sky Coffee Roasters, which quickly became favorites. It’s nice to see the area growing.
