How unfortunate to be writing this review but I’ve lived in Edison lofts for about 4 years maybe and not a SINGLE complaint in all 4 years. We just switched over to new management and what a disappointment. Unfortunately while this management is present i wouldn’t recommend moving to Edison lofts. Beautiful apartments but since the switch cleanliness hasn’t been a priority, maintenance requests don’t even get responded to in a timely manner, they come and don’t fix the problem, i was hoping to transfer to another unit (only ... read more
I love my apartment but new ownership/management doesn’t feel it’s a priority to promptly address leaks in apartments stemming from building facade cracks and deterioration. Despite knowing this could turn into a bigger problem, they are now ghosting tenants who have been dealing with dripping water coming into their apartments for several weeks.
