Edison IP Enforcement was phenomenal. They accomplished something that we would have never known how to do on our own. They were able to file multiple lawsuits against companies, abusing our IP and were able to collect On them. Their expertise at handling international IP issues is what accomplished this I highly recommend them to anyone who has a business selling a product internationally.
Edison did a great job going after people who were knocking off my product and got us a great settlement. It cost us nothing up front. If you're in the same boat, I would highly recommend hiring Edison shut these people down and protect your products.
Edison and their team of competent lawyers met and exceeded my expectations at a time I had lost all hope in the IP system. My IP of a tool invention was misappropriated in several ways in the last few years, one of those ways being by numerous online merchants using copyrighted material in stealing and promoting my product which I had spent over 10 years of blood, sweat and tears developing. Edison IP were exactly as presented, They discovered the extent of counterfeit products which were injuring our business. Edison then thoroughly collected evidence and successfully prosecuted the case, resulting in recovering substantial damages. A year later, other pernicious copycats were using our design, marketing material and trademark, so we went back to Edison IP resulting in another successful prosecution with substantial damages recovered.
