The staff is polite and very efficient. Even on busy days we are never stuck waiting long. Dr. Reyes is the best in explaining things and diagnosing my children.
The worst establishment I have ever been to , I work in health care and I don’t understand how this place is considered a doctor’s office. 1st the office is very outdated. 1000 people working at the front desk and nobody knows anything about the practice, the front desk girl Tatiana stayed on her phone the entireeeeeeeeee time. The office is ok and the doctors are decent but every time you call them it's an answering service outsourced outside of the US. I requested my son's records be sent to his new pediatrician 3 days ago in preparation for his appointment and now the office is closed today and they never sent his records. It's ridiculous that you never get in touch with someone at the office. I can't have a pediatrician where I can't speak to anyone in the office directly and are so poorly managed.
Friendly, quick, professional doctors and staff. They also see adults. There is a check in computer at the window and many seats in the waiting room with a bathroom. Easy to make appointments either online or calling.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Anam, the NP. From the very first appointment, she has been incredibly patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. she took the time to truly listen, ensuring every concern is addressed with care and expertise. What I appreciate most is her warm and gentle approach with my child—making visits less stressful and even enjoyable!
