Edison Health has been very accommodating since the beginning. Dr. Wang and the rest of the healthcare providers are providing wellness check up and health management with great customer service. Months have passed and I still admire the service of this doctor’s office - quick to book for appointment, available Mon-Sat, friendly staffs, accommodates special requests about filling out school physical packets etc. Highly recommended
Have been patients for three years. My experiences have always been good, they are very accommodating when needing last minute appointments. But recently, the person who answers the phone truly went above and beyond and I am so grateful. I had to put my son in backup care for a week and the facility required a health clearance form. I completely forgot about the form, so at the last minute (Sunday morning) I called Comprehensive Pediatrics and got their voicemail since they were closed. I hung up. Didn’t had great experience, first of all our kid is not seen by DR with whom appointment was requested. Appointment system is very bad they don’t have clarity for when is the appointment scheduled for. Nor they provide order for blood work prior to the annual physical, even after the physical and bloodwork no follow up done. Nor any feedback provided after the bloodwork results. When personally called to find out, was told that you have an appointment scheduled for today. Which we are not sure with whose consent they booked... read more
