Thomas Edison was truly blessed by God with a great mind and a great desire to use it..
I volunteer in Plant Propagation at Edison & Ford Winter Estates one morning per week.While there, I try to take pictures of five new blooms for that week. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The Garden Shoppe is an excellent place to buy specialty plants and the prices are reasonable.
Spent four hours there and it wasn't enough time. The tour guide was great. Didn't whitewash their history. Spoke of the good and bad parts of their history and contributions. Recommend seeing it if you're in the area, but allow about six hours to see everything. Glad we stopped by.

Interesting. Very interesting. Thomas Edison was my hero in my younger days. Even it is little pricey to visit, would like to go again. Just needed more time-so much to see
