My company needed some fixtures and panels updated and these folks gave the best prices and were also able to come over within a day. The team was very diligent in their work and I appreciated their professionalism. I had a great experience working with them and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for an electrician!
The customer service on the phone I dealt with was rude and brutal. Did not seem like a legit company. I asked if they could help me with having electrical heaters installed and what I got in response was, "We don't do those, (hangs up the phone)" Just not someone or something I would want to do business with.
I called and asked for an estimate on getting outdoor lights installed for my boss. He was rude initially at the beginning of the call, and then said "you said you were the owner" when I never said that? I confirmed that I am calling for my boss and I am his assistant and he said "Can't help you out with that, have a good one" and hung up. Very very unprofessional. Also I am very confused? Why wouldn't I be able to get an estimate for my boss? So odd. Idk how this business has 5 stars.
Matt gave a quick response and a reasonable quote. Finally, I was able to speak with him on the phone. He gave a concise quote and outlined what he would do for his estimate, which was to my expectations and to code. I will definitely use this electrician again for my electrical needs.
I needed to install additional lights and ceiling fans in my house. I got Sam to do the job and was pleased with their work. They finished the job quickly at a reasonable price.
