Gladly we hired Matt and his crew to upgrade our 100 yr old home into a TIC condo version. This tremendous job requires a good understanding of the inspection process, and we passed the criteria with the professional output of this company. Mike and his team came to our house to fix three issues and provided us with suggestion on how to maintain it. They came wearing a mask, professional and were very knowledgeable.
I called an electrician, and Mike came promptly. He fixed the defective light switch in about 15 minutes. Excellent service and is a nice guy. Would definitely hire him again.
