Called about a hot spot on our wall that we discovered by chance. Electrician opened the wall and found an overloaded junction box with connections that had been overheating for some time. Fixed everything properly and explained how to recognize warning signs in the future. Potentially prevented something really serious.
Had them assess an older rental property we had just acquired that had a mix of electrical from different decades. Gave us a clear priority list of what needed immediate attention versus what was dated but functional, and we worked through it systematically over two visits. Honest and practical approach that helped us manage the investment sensibly.
Our kitchen had only two outlets along the entire counter which made cooking with modern appliances a constant juggling act. They added four additional outlets across two new circuits, ran everything through the wall without any visible damage, and now the kitchen actually functions the way it should. Total game changer for daily cooking.
Needed all new wiring run through our sunroom conversion before the windows were installed. They worked quickly within the tight window we had between contractors, hit every rough in requirement perfectly, and the inspector signed off without requesting a single change. Seamless coordination on a project with a tight schedule.
Had them sort out a complicated three phase wiring issue in our small manufacturing facility that had been causing equipment to underperform for months. Diagnosed it correctly on the first visit and had everything running at full capacity by end of day. Saved us significant production losses going forward.
