Ramsey did a stellar job. He was punctual, very professional and very informative. Ramsey was very forthcoming with the progress he was making on fixing the dumb waiter. Even though fixing our dumb waiter was out of their wheelhouse , the company went above and beyond to help us with our issue. I would highly recommend using Modern Edison Electric for your electrical needs.
Our electrician (Ramsey Tabor) was great. Always on time and if he was running late, would send a text with his ETA. He had the hard job of working underneath our house to run new wire or tap into existing wire to switch out the outlets with old wiring. It was a difficult, dusty, dirty job and he did it without complaint. He is a very skilled tradesmen. Hasel, the scheduler, did a good job of keeping me abreast of the project. Had the pleasure of working with Michael with our ceiling fan and light install. He did 5 installs very quickly and professionally, working around my cat and I as I worked remotely. Did a great job explaining everything to me as a first time home owner and answered any questions I had.
Not an easy project on a 1915 built bungalow. But Ramsey did a great job with great attention to detail. Always on time and friendly. A true craftsman in his trade.
