Edison Long Beach is a fantastic place with a welcoming atmosphere and a great overall experience. The property is well maintained, the environment is comfortable, and the location is convenient. A wonderful choice for anyone looking for quality and convenience. Highly recommended!
I’ve been living in rented apartments for 16 years and I also own a condo that we lease out. The Edison must be the most fair building I have lived in. They are upfront about issues, they care about your needs, and they address issues rapidly. The best aspect of all, is that they really try to build community. I love my neighbors. Anyone saying otherwise is a scammer or was trying something shady that backfired.
My husband and I moved to this building and have had amazing interactions with the staff. Anyssa did my initial walkthrough and helped me fall in love with the Edison. Once we moved in, Mike and the Edison team had a very quick and thorough response to an emergency flooding in our apartment. Juanita worked with our rental insurance and strongly advocated on our behalf (do not get lemonade insurance). Ronnie has been kind and helpful for in office requests. Everyone here is just so sweet and friendly. The building is very clean and attended to. Any issues have been addressed promptly and professionally. The best part is the team is very welcoming and themselves. Every interaction feels organic, genuine, and that is what makes me feel at home and comfortable. Thank you team Edison, Juanita, Mike, Maddie, and Ronnie for the great environment you continue to cultivate!
