I toured the Edison and immediately fell in love with both the building and the staff. The property truly feels like a one-stop shop, offering everything I needed along with a full range of luxurious amenities. Had a tour here and the entire building is immaculate. So well kept and super friendly staff. Our tour guide was Ronnie, who went above and beyond to show us around. Super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. If I didn’t ultimately decide on renting a home I would’ve ended up at this building.
I’ve been here for over a year, and the window situation is flat-out ridiculous. My windows are filthy, and no matter how many times I ask, AMC gives me the same lazy excuse: “We’re working on it.” It’s a joke at this point, because nothing ever gets done. I’m a live streamer, and my followers literally comment on how nasty my windows look on camera. It’s embarrassing, and it makes the whole building look bad. AMC doesn’t respond to emails, doesn’t follow up, and honestly acts like they don’t care about the residents at all.... read more

I’ve enjoyed my experience living at Edison Apartment because the staff are very nice and very professional. They also throw great resident events. The beach isn’t far away and plenty of places to eat nearby.
