I come from a heavy cardio back ground but decided to work on my bone health so thought I should finally try weights. Turns out I love strength training and lifting weights! And I love training with Shelle. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is also super patient with my adhd and all that comes with that! 10 out 10.

If you’re looking for a gym with expert coaching in a supportive environment, EFF is your gym. I’m incredibly grateful for Shellie and her expertise! Each workout is uniquely tailored to your ability level and is delivered in an encouraging environment. You can be a power lifter or lifting for the first time and Shellie will coach you to the top of your abilities. You just need to show up and be ready to work. This is the best investment I’ve made for my health and I can’t wait for the next PR!
I love EFF! It’s not only a great space to workout, but the community there is so wonderful and accepting. Coach Shellie really puts her heart into everything! So thankful for this gym!
Amazing Coach to work with! Highly suggest if you do need an amazing space to workout in! Very casual and you get the best training with well thought out excercises. Shellie's background is exemplary and more the reason why you should trust her with your workouts
