We have lived here 8 years. Nice little back yard with privacy fence. They have mowers come every week and keep up the front and back. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 baths, formal dining or can use for office. Laundry room, 2 car garage, and Fireplace.1,500 sq feet. Price is $1,300.00. When we call about an issue they will come the very same day. Monthly exterminating and AC filter. We have a few people that drive through this area with loud music. But not a problem.
Nice peaceful neighborhood, very safe!
Didn't have house completed for move in. Outside doors missing. And didn't compensate for unopertable amenities. Not even a pro rate. Only options given was to wait or relinquish lease.
Great looking place! Tell your yard guys to keep up the good work!
