Forgive this long post. I've put up with this clinic because they are close to my home, but their rudeness and superior attitude far outweigh the positives that we have had at this clinic and this last incident is the final straw! My mother's cat is her comfort care animal. I am a full time caregiver to my mom, who lives in our home. When we couldn't get a hold of Edinburgh pet center.
