Great job The staff here is great. They always greet me with a smile. They make it feel like a warm place. I brought my dog in and the wait wasn't too long. The vet was wonderful. Answered all my questions and said if I had any more to make sure to call. Someone would do their best to answer if not the doc himself. I really enjoyed our experience here and continue to spread the word how great they are.
Caring staff The staff here at this pet clinic are so caring and nurturing towards all the animals that they help. We brought our cat here for awhile before we moved to far away, and they always knew him and us even if it was a year since they saw us. When he would go into the room for his checkup, they would check him and be very gentle. They offered helpful advise and always listened to any concern's we had.
Highly recommend! We were fortunate to find this practice 20 years ago. Since then, we have had four cats cared for by Dr. Lisa and her remarkable staff. They combine clinical skill with a warm, caring approach.Over the years, EPHC has been there for everything from routine vaccinations to managing chronic conditions to acute illness. Unprofessional Unedited excerpt from an email to me from Lisa Carpenter: "I would suggest you find another veterinarian who is willing to work with you." This after two years and a series of conversations regarding the care of our 19 1/2 year old diabetic cat. #1 pet health center I have to honestly say that this is the best place to take your pets. I have been bringing my dogs to edinburgh for about 15 years and the entire staff is so welcoming and warm!! I recently had to put my best friend down and Dr.Hale was above and beyond great. The whole staff did whatever they could to make this terrible situation as easy and comforting as possible. I will always be thankful to the angels working at edinburgh and plan on taking all my pets there from here on.
The best in pet care. Drs. Carpenter and Hale and the entire staff are the very best in pet health care. We loved our dog for 17 years and they did too. When the time came for her to cross the rainbow bridge into pet heaven they were there for her and us. They will be our vets for our new puppy and for life. You can find no better care for your pets.

Forgive this long post. I've put up with this clinic because they are close to my home, but their rudeness and superior attitude far outweigh the positives that we have had at this clinic and this last incident is the final straw!
