Not existed anymore
I popped in and asked to speak with one of their technicians as I had a symbol showing on my bike dash, which I didn't know what it meant. The Harley-Davidson service rep told me that he couldn't take the technicians away from their work. He didn't offer me any customer care. Absolutely no help or enthusiasm to offer me help. With this level of customer service, I am not surprised they are closing down. Hopefully, he will enjoy signing on every week.
